Yes. All Hello Lisa subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example monthly), until you cancel. This keeps your premium access uninterrupted.
How to check your renewal date
- Apple: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Hello Lisa
- Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Hello Lisa
- Web: your account page on
hellolisa.io, or your most recent receipt email
How to stop auto-renewal
Cancel at any time — you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for:
- Apple / Google: cancel in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Web: email
info@hellolisa.iowith the subject "Cancel my subscription" and the email on your account
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund for the current period (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).
