Hello Lisa runs in your browser. There is no app to download.
If you subscribed on your phone, your purchase is already active. There is no Hello Lisa app to install on your phone — we do not publish one. The full product runs on the web, on both phones and computers.
Open Hello Lisa on your phone
- Open the browser on your phone.
- Go to hellolisa.io.
- Sign in with the same email address you used when you paid.
Your premium access is linked to that email address, so it appears automatically once you sign in. Nothing needs to be installed, restored or re-purchased.
Keep it one tap away (optional)
Most phone browsers can add a site to your home screen so it opens like an app. Open hellolisa.io in your browser, then choose Add to Home Screen from the browser menu.
Still cannot get in?
Email support@hellolisa.io with the email address you used at purchase and your payment receipt. We will check the transaction and activate your access.
